Blue Mountains

Sometimes it's easy to forget the natural wonders that are in your backyard. Constantly dreaming about your next exotic European trip makes you ignore the hidden wonders that are only a short drive out of Sydney. But some of the worlds best natural wonders are in Australia and the majority of us never leave the hustle and bustle of the city. So I've decided to explore more of Australia, with plans to travel to the Kimberley in Western Australia, snorkel with turtles in the Great Barrier Reef and seeing Uluru all being added to my already extensive travelling list.

But on this one particular rest less day I needed to do something different and after a brief call to Lola to see if she was available we were in a car riding down the freeway. An hour and a half out of the CBD and you are in a completely different world, a place that would make your 10 year old self gleam with joy. We were spoilt with choices to where to go but we decided to go chasing after waterfalls. Contrary to what the TLC girls are saying, go chase waterfalls, don't stick to the same rivers and lakes that you know because then you will never live.

  1. I always love to visit Australia because it is one of my favorite tourist destinations of the world. Few months ago I have been there after completing my us tours with my friends. We only visited Great Barrier Reef during our trip due to shortage of time. That was an awesome experience of my life. This spot is blessed with breathtaking beauty of the world's largest coral reef. We also enjoyed snorkelling, scuba diving, helicopter tours and bare boats tour there.
